Massacre at Fort Hood
November 6, 2009
His name is Nidal Malik Hasan. He is an Arab. He is a Muslim.
And on Thursday, this member of the Army, a major, a psychiatrist, opened fire on his fellow servicemen at Fort Hood, Texas, killing 13 and wounding 30.
Did it occur to you that, unlike us westerners, or should I be so politically incorrect to say Christians, the Muslims enjoy killing themselves as long as they can take as many of the enemy as possible? It has been all too painfully apparent that this is their mind-set and it will never change. The more Americans appease their fanaticism, the more they demand.
Why do we knock ourselves out saying how much we respect the Koran and all that Islam stands for when they express their hatred and utter contempt for Christianity or, for that matter, any religion other than Islam? Why do we worry over their sensitivities when they brutally trample over our beliefs?
Are we afraid of them? Is that the dirty secret of our time?
Of course, the attack of September 11, 2001 was the worst in the history of this once great republic. Let us not forget an earlier attack in 1973 when the Muslims attacked the North Tower of the World Trade Center. Of course, the United States government never did do anything about it.
And let us not forget the two embassies attacked on the continent of Africa, one in Tanzania and the other in, of all places, Kenya. And then came the tragic bombing of the USS Cole. In that attack, 17 fine American sailors were murdered.
Did anyone do anything about the aforementioned travesties? I don’t think so. And when that duplicitous weasel Richard Clarke, former head of counterterrorism, released his book, “Against All Enemies: Inside America’s War on Terror” in 2004, during George W. Bush’s first term, who did he blame for everything that occurred including the 9/11 attacks? Clarke blamed George W. Bush!
Now, here we are in the year 2009. Actually, we are almost at the end of the first year of Barack “blame everything on George W. Bush” Obama’s first term in office. And after all of Obama’s apologies to other nations and their leaders, we seem to have become less resolute and less respected throughout the world.
This travesty of a president doesn’t even have the wisdom to attend the 20th anniversary of the tearing down of the infamous Berlin Wall on November 9. He might have to pay tribute to Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush, who was vice president under Reagan. But he is so completely solipsistic, he couldn’t do that.
Let us hope last Tuesday’s elections were a harbinger heralding the end of Barack Hussein Obama!
