We Need a Republican Congress!
June 17, 2010
I have a very good reason for making this request. Would you, dear reader of BobGrantOnline.com, please do two things?
First of all, e-mail me to let me know that you are reading this, and number two, please tell a friend or two or three or three hundred about my web site.
I know I am supposedly “the king of talk radio.” However, I have never been good at self promotion.
Also, please call The Bob Grant Show on WABC this Sunday, and if you don’t want to go on the air to advocate your readership, tell Erin my producer! The program number is: 800-848-9222.
Now that I have performed that important duty, let me turn to other matters. I think it is more important than ever to elect a Republican Congress this November. It is the only way of checkmating the Moslem sympathizer in the White House.
Whenever I make this request I have someone say, “Well, my congressman is Chris Smith in the fourth congressional district of New Jersey. He has been in agreement with the administration on several things and I don’t like it.”
It really doesn’t matter what issues you may have with Congressman Smith. The important thing is getting rid of Nancy Pelosi as speaker of the House and the only way to do that is to have more Republicans than Democrats in the House of Representatives.
Some of you cannot seem to understand what is of primary importance. I don’t know about you, but I would rather see Rep. John Boehner of Ohio as speaker than Nancy Pelosi, who is a political moron and a deceitful person.
Pelosi really doesn’t care about the future of America, nor does she realize that the policies she advocates are inimical to the foundation of United States survival.
Some of my colleagues, like Glenn Beck, think it makes them look sophisticated and intellectual to keep saying, “Oh, I blame Republicans too.”
Blame them for what? Blame them for opposing the socialistic policies of Barack Obama?
I know who Glenn Beck will vote for in Connecticut where he is a registered voter, or at least I hope he will. And he is probably not going to vote for the Democrats in the congressional races, including Attorney General Richard Blumenthal, who is as dishonest as an individual can be and still hold the job of being the state’s number one law enforcement officer.
Why do I say he is dishonest? Are you not aware of the fact he has lied about his service in Vietnam?
And, when he was exposed as a liar, he did not apologize and admit his deceitful act. Instead he said he “misspoke.”
Could you imagine as attorney general how he would react to someone who told an egregious lie such as his?
No, we must avoid trying to sound like we are above the fray.
Mr. Beck, if are reading this as I hope you are, put first things first. And first is to get a Republican Congress and then we can posture as the great Independent!
